Whilst the 2021 Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras (SGLMG) festival is going to look very different this year, one thing is certain—Indeed is proudly joining forces with the organisation again as the Official Job Search Site of the event. Running from February 19 through to March 7, the festival involves an incredible program of performances, discussions, and of course the iconic parade—all designed around the theme of ‘Rise’.

Outside of this important collaboration, Indeed is committed to advancing, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity, inclusion and belonging. Why? Because, it makes us a stronger, more successful company, and because it directly aligns with our mission to help all people get jobs.

For all employers, recruiters and job seekers wanting to learn more about issues surrounding diversity and inclusion, we have put together a list of resources that we hope you’ll find helpful. In the words of the SGLMG, “when we rise together through love, compassion, respect and understanding, we will all arrive to a better place.”
